As an ex-serviceman myself, (11 years service Royal Navy )I know what our service men and women sacrifice every day, at home or abroad in peace time or in conflict!

Servicemen/women are sent all over the world to protect our interest! They do not always want to go, but go they do. They may not agree with why they are doing it, but again they do it! So once again I say Be Proud of your Armed Force's They ARE the best in the world!
As you can see from the image below our Troops are deployed in a large area of the world 365/24hrs, Don't forget the Royal Navy has ships and submarines deployed world wide.
Just Thought I would show off my 2 medals that I have earn't Serving Queen and Country.
The Left One is the Iraq medal March -April 2003 It has a rosett on it as the Ship I was On saw action, fired it guns into Iraq, NGS (Naval Gun fire Surpport) During the first phase of the war!
The Right One is The Golden Jubilee Medal Given to all sevice personel who had served at least 5 years Her Majesties Golden Jubilee.
